DAYCARE RULES AND REGULATIONS

Before any pet can attend doggie daycare the owner must fill out an agreement form.  The details on the form are specific to what is expected of our daycare program as well as what NAVBR expects from daycare pet owners.  All dogs must be current on thier Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Fecal screening.  We alos highly recommend the H3N8 vaccine.  Although not constantly changing, rules and regulations may be edited as needed, BUT ONLY REGULAR PRESENT DAY ATTENDEES WILL BE INFORMED. If changes are made and a participant has been absent from daycare for a length of time prior or during the changes, that participant will be considered inactive and must sign the revised agreement and revisit the 10 day introduction period.  NAVBR does not charge cancellation fees and does not require reservations for daycare as long as a current agreement is signed by the owner and a NAVBR daycare representative.

1.  A ticket is required each time a pet is attending daycare.  The ticket must be presented upon dropping off.  Daycare daily ticket rates, $16.50/1 day (have 30 day expiration), weekly ticket rates, $65.00/5 day week for 1 dog (have 10 day expiration) and $13.00/extra day over 5 days with same expiration date as previous 5.  Two or more dogs in same family +$14.50/1 day or $55.00/5 day week per dog and $11.00/extra day over 5 days, per dog.

2.  Daycare rates are the same for all sizes of dogs.  Rates are the same for 1 hour of daycare or 12 hours of daycare per day.  No discounts apply to any other services provided by NAVBR unless otherwise stated or advertised.

3.  Daycare is only available during regular business hours, excluding Sunday and selected holidays.

4.  Daycare stay transitioning into an overnight stay until 11:00am the next day will accrue a boarding charge (boarding rate minus (-) Daycare rate).  Additional 1/2 day boarding charge will apply for late checkouts/pickups (after 11:00am) and Sunday checkouts/pickups (evening hours only on Sunday).

5.  Daycare tickets are non-transferable.  All additional services and products must be paid at the time services are completed or products are purchased.

6.   Daycare is for playtime and dogs may get dirty.  If excessively dirty or at your request, we will rinse your dog(s) and dry them off at not additional charge.  All other bathing options and/or services will incur additional charges (ie...nails clipped, ears cleaned, or a bathing package).  For the most part, PLEASE EXPECT YOUR DOG TO GET DIRTY!

7.   Daycare may consist of socializing and playing with other dogs, however, it is at the discretion of the daycare supervisor to determine at what capacity your dog(s) will participate.  Socializing your dog is a progressive supervised process.

8.   Regular daycare dogs will be permitted to participate in the daycare program during any boarding visits, only when the daycare dog(s) have completed the evaluation process and have participated in the daycare program for atleast 1 day per week for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the boarding visit.

9.  If we have not seen your pet(s) attend daycare for a period of 3 months or longer, you must sign a new contract/agreement form and your pet(s) must be re-introduced in accordance to the newly signed agreement form.  You must understand that new pets have enrolled into daycare during your pets absence and that even the regular attendees may not be as comfortable with the re-entry as before.

10.  All daycare participants must be spayed or neutered between 6 to 8 months of age to start and continue to participate in the daycare program.

NOTE:   Dogs play with thier teeth and claws.  Dogs also investigate with thier noses and their paws.  NAVBR takes every precaution to ensure all daycare dogs safety and well being.
